FaceBook Fanpage Viable?

Is the facebook fanpage still viable for promoting cpa offers? I mean, its pretty saturated, isnt it?

If I, a beginneer were to create a fanpage, do you think i can scale up to 20$ per day?

How do I even attract fans in the first place?

U need to have traffic.. and atractive niche, offer...then go viral, btw..u can download my ebook in signature, that will give u 350 fanpages where u can promote your fan page
