Default Don't save money on stupid things

Don't save a few dollars to buy .net or .info instead of .com

Don't save on getting a landing page and direct link as this is a short term view

Don't save on outsourcing a $5 task that will save you 2 hours of your time.

I'm sure you get the point by now. The thing is a lot of marketers (including yours truly) trying to save money on stupid things which in the long run costs them a lot more.

A point to consider

Yes I agree with you but if there's a chance that you can get a VA for cheaper rates that can do quality work, why not grab it?

It's better and it's a win-win situation. Here's a guide about how to get VAs at cheaper rates but still getting quality work: http://outsourcingautopilot.com/

Outsourcing can be at an advantage as it does create some leverage. The issue at hand it the quality of the product. In article marketing this can be a benefit. I have outsourced article writing in the past and have recieve good products.

The issue at hand is the importants of investing in your business. The idea is not to treat your business like a hobby, which can be tricky as 98% of online marketers are strugling as it is.

There are some areas a person should not focus on saving, but as with any business, managing overhead and limiting unnecessary expensive is an essential part in maintaining profits.

In my opinion go with a .com, we have not reached the point of needing to promote other extensions; although its not a bad idea to purchase other extensions aside from your .com extension to eliminate potential customers or clients inputing the wrong information.

Do however outsource intelligently, by learning from the source themselves and the material you have so you can eventually eliminate the need for the source. Eventually this will save you more time and money.
