Here's my question, and I'll explain what I mean in a second: Does a CPA network have any control over the actual CPA offers they provide? Here's what I mean: I am promoting a CPA offer from a lesser known CPA network where someone has to upload a photo and submit their email for me to get paid. I had someone message me that did this and state that after the first page submit (which is all that is required to get paid) they got some pop-ups and received about 10 emails the very first day after they submitted. If I was promoting the same CPA offer through a different network, is there a chance that there wouldn't be the pop-ups and multiple emails after submission? Thanks |

Most likely you'll find this same practice on all networks. Almost all of those offers that try to capture email addresses or zip codes subject the user to what is called the registration path or reg path for short. They bombard the user with offers, especially if it's one of those sites that is offering a Free "whatever" in return for completing offers. These are known as rewards sites and almost every one of them will push their users through a site called Coolsavings.com - once they've got your email - get ready for an avalanche of spam.
