I am new to cpa offers and looking for some tye of direction. I have sites with traffic do I just put banners and offers infron tof visitors in hopes they go to their site and fill out the info. I know people are not going to give me their secrets but I was lookking for some newbie help or direction.

Try promoting cpa offers which match the demographics/niches of your sites. And I'd recommend you contacting your AM and finding out what offers you should be running.

Go into lead generation dude, anything that doesnt require the user NOT to enter a credit card (i.e. insurance quotes, etc). Stay away from zip submits or anything that doesnt pay at least $20 a lead, its just not worth it in the long run.

Check out Jonh's site, Reviews of CPA Networks, Affiliate Programs and Ad Networks - Affpaying, join a good network and then contact your affiliate manager. They will help you find offers that fit your traffic.

If you already have the traffic that is half the battle, now you just need to figure out how to convert that traffic. I'd start by researching the demographics of your sites and try to find some offers which match the niche and demographics of your site(s). Then I'd rotate between banner ads and text ads and different offers to see what converts best.
