Also free is the incredible amount of info on this forum. One thing to remember is that you will read a million different strategies that work to make money with CPA. In truth, they probably all do work, but you need to get good at it, so just pick one strategy or one traffic source and get to work!

I'm a newb as well, I have a good understanding of adnetworks but i'm newb to CPA - can any of you use critique or offer your advice on the angle I'm approaching CPA

I'm really good with throwing up landing pages, analytics, design etc.

I want to advertise white hat offers from clients (businesses) on Facebook capturing email/phone for clients on their fan pages


Is there a specific way I should go about learning & approaching this?

There are literally hundreds of ways to promote cpa offers. However many require far too much work and or money to even get started. Which where most poeple go wrong when starting off their cpa campaigns. Sure you could hand out flyers all day and get 1 or 2 clients to commit to your cpa offer.

You could also spend hundreds using ppc through engines like adwords. However again this would take time and if you are not familiar with how to maximize your ppc exposure and get the cheapest clicks it is going to cost you hundreds to get up an running. Which does not even assure that it will be profitable.

Which is why I recommend using the free method outlined in cpa emperor. There are 2 methods introduced in the course. One is free and the other is not. However it would save you a tone of money in the long run. Instead of using ppc or many of the other methods introduced in other courses.

Welcome to the forum,

There are plenty of great courses on this forum and also plenty of solid FREE info for you to take on board and digest.

My advice would be to research these forums and see what appeals, what you need to focus on is a traffic method, decide either paid or free methods and pick one traffic source and focus and work on that, once you have a little bit of experience then you can look to invest in a course.

That way you will know exactly what type of course you want and what you expect to get out of it.

Also ask plenty of questions as there are plenty of us who are making our incomes from this and will be able to help.

Hi, I'm actually pretty new at CPA as well (I'm a long time lurker here at the forums and this is my official first post)....for starters I do recommend Kensters Rags to Riches as a general overall guide on what CPA is and how to get accepted to CPA networks (worked for me...I'm currently with EWA and Peerfly)....

I am also a couple of weeks in into Chad Hamzeh's Traffic Blackbook video courses...and let me tell you I'm learning a lot and it's definitely worth it so far...the info can be overwhelming at times, but don't make the mistake that us newbies tend to make (looking for the next shiny object to buy and waste money on..this WILL lead to info overload, guaranteed)...stick to one thing and remember to take it one day at a time...

and of course there are these forums which are fantastic...I'm sure eventually I'll join the war room, but for right now, I'm learning as much as I can and hope to have some campaigns going by late Dec.

so, those are my two cents for starting out...

F17 you should probably take the more traveled route. Start with ppc to get a feel for it. You can get vouchers from fiverr and find guides and strategies on this forum. Then from there its whatever you want to master whether it be ppv media buys or offline this forum has alot of post on all of them.

very true...just a couple of days ago i clicked on an ad for Google that offered a free 75 dollar adwords voucher...just filled out a simple form(you DO need to have a website though) and an hour later I got an email saying that I had some PPC money!

Also, lynda.com has training modules on adwords, SEO and the google website optimizer which are current and very informative...I paid for a month of unlimited use and used Firefox's Download Helper plugin to download the videos...a bit tedious and time consuming, but it sure does beat the repeating billing and you can learn at your own pace....

Hi I would suggest you take advantage of the free training on the warrior forum and blogs,one of the hardest parts of cpa is getting accepted by the cpa websites.Your first approach is vital so I would read a little about cpa acceptance first and then take a look at fiverr searching for cpa offers.

first of all you decide how much time you can spend for traffic...if you are having time then go for organic free traffic and the other side if want a fast and targeted traffic..its better to go for ppc..but its little bit risky and require some budget too...may be initially you wont get expected traffic through ppc but after playing few days you will get idea and sure you will be in profit...
