Question about CPA & Traffic - I'm not sure where to post this (sorry if I'm in the wrong place.)

Hello,

I’m not sure if I post it in right place but I have a few questions about CPA and traffic.

First: can anyone recommend me about a good CPA networks for Swedish Traffic?
I need high volumes of traffic and the quality or the vertical is not really important.
It could be Casino, Games, and Sports. I know networks like JC, Share-a-sale and
a few others but I need to target only Swedish Traffic so I’m not sure if there’s a
CPA network only for Sweden or not? looked in Google but didn't find much.

Second: where can i offer a CPA deal in "warriorforum"?
I don't want to make people here upset over nothing. I just want to offer the
forum members a new deal. Please guide me.

Last question (not CPA): can someone recommend any local Swedish forums for
Swedish Webmasters where i can try my luck there too?
