CPA sites that can Geo-Target

So many CPA vendors offer national campaigns, but few have the ability to Geo-Target to a State, let alone a Metro area or ZIP code

Any suggestions folks?

I'm not really sure what you are asking? are you looking for a specific cpa offer just for city?

Why not just design a landing page to cater to the level you are looking to target?

I'm not sure what you mean by "CPA VEndor"

Almost all major serving platforms on the display side, and most PPC engines have a Geo-targeting. A lot of platforms have DMA Codes attached to them for metro areas.

Only issue is that IP address does not always (my doesn't) match the exact location. My IP address shows me about 30 miles from where i live for whatever reason...
