I am at the process of signing up for CPA network but did not understand this questions: your marketing techniques and how you will be using (the CPA in question). Thanks!

how do you plan on promoting the cpa offers! You should have this down before applying to networks anyway!

Let me translate what you are saying to the network:

"Hi, I want to make money but I don't really know much about business. What is online marketing?".

Not really your ideal type of affiliate the networks are after

In the future, always say "paid traffic such as PPC and some organic SEO via Google". Always works. Might be worthwhile reading up on what Adwords and YSM is tho if they call ya.

They are essentially asking how are you planning on driving traffic to your cpa offers

One other question is, my site is just under one month old and I dont have much visitors. I want to know if that will affect my application with regards to daily/monthly unique visitors information that I need to provide on my application. Thanks!

They normally don't look too much into the site. Maybe look at the whois or history but many times they wont even do that.

HERE's MY DOUBT:

Looks like you don't know the basics then it is really a time waste for you to directly join a CPA network. If you don't know these things then how you will promote their offers? If you dont find a way to promote the offers then you might plan up to try som BH tricks which isn't recommended.

HERE'S A ADVICE:

Start learning and gather as much knowledge you can because Networks will not close in 1-2 day. They will remain there until you come back like a PRO

Leanrning about IM will also help you in your IM career !

This will not affect your application if you are thorough within your application regarding promotional methods. Often times its best to just contact the network over the phone to better explain yourself so your not hit with a denial within 2 minutes of someone reviewing your application.

Just to update... everyone has said PPC, PPV, SEO but there are other ways to market as well. Mobile, in-video and in-text contextual, email, offline mailers. If you are new and just getting into the industry there are a ton of books and webinars you can check out. Some of my favorites are The Complete Guide to Affiliate Marketing on the Web and Super Affiliate Handbook. Also, if you go on Affiliate Paying you can see what networks are willing to train and work with newbies.
