Well, it's basically fraud since those "leads" will hardly convert....it's fake/crap leads.

You want to hire people from MTurk FOR WHAT?

If for getting leads to your CPA offers , just forget it, you'll be banned.

You have personal experience of that GeorgeR ? (possibly a very tiny minority are scammers or email blasters definately not the majority of people who use the service either way). Also you're assuming the op is wanting to use MTurk for this purpose!! There are a great many different jobs offered on it.

In my experience it's academic instititions and large survey type companies that use MTurk for micro jobs.

For the op there are a couple of websites that may be able to help you as a buyer of services. Turkoption [www.mturkishdelight.blogspot.com] TurkerNation, MTurk (last two are forums), Click here to go to the NEW Turker Nation forum - Login .
Also try Youtube I have a feeling I have seen a couple of vids one for workers the other for posters.
There maybe others that I don't know about where you can find the specific info.

the "scheme" to hire people to fill out CPA offers on MTurk is a very old one. So..please put 1+1 together....CPA forum....Mturk....

What else would he want with MTurk in regards to CPA offers? Do you think he is looking for web designers?

No it's not "good"...sooner or later they will can your CPA account since NONE of those leads will convert...EVER.

But when all of those signups never convert to paying members, they figure you are scamming them.

The companies know that on average a percentage of free signups = paid signups, so when none "convert" they know you are paying, and they ban your account.
