There are many platforms where you can direct link but as speedy said POf and Facebook are the top Platforms for quality traffic.

register a free dot . tk domain if you can`t afford to buy a domain and redirect it to offer

or there are many premium plugins.

Negative they don`t allow you will need landing page . And if you do they will disapprove your ad once they catch you doing so and that risk`s your account .

Almost every ad platform allows direct linking - its typically some offers that do not allow it

You can direct link even with google but the deciding factor is the quality of the offer and adherence to Google T&C. forget email submits, hypey clickbank stuff,etc
