From what I've heard it seems fairly easy to setup a site with a good product. Buy traffic through google adwords and get traffic and make sales.. I'm sure it's not THAT easy... Any thoughts on this? |

do you own a product? is your Landing page compliant to their TOS? Do you have privacy ,terms, contacts..on your website? Contact google and ask if its good to go. A one-page landing page will get you banned before your ads set live |

It's incredibly easy to do as you describe. Very easy. The hard part is making enough sales to cover the PPC costs!! The good old google payday days are over, now you've got to grind out campaigns to make them work! Still works though! |

It's not easy if you want to survive in PPC. You have to keep monitoring your campaigns & make adjustments if necessary. If not, you'll have a losing campaign which costs you money.

I personally have made profit from other PPC sites besides adwords. Like mentioned above, you can still use adwords, but expect the time it takes to create a single campaign to be much longer. Try bidvertisers.com you wont receive as much traffic, but you will get away with the single page site. Hope that helps! :-)

The best way is to look and observe what you're competitors are doing is using adwords if none is using adwords then you can be sure google does not like that niche/product. Clickbank hypey sales letters with multiple pop ups and auto-play videos are a definate no-no. But remember adwords is not for sending to wikipedia pages but for businesses that need to sell products or generate leads. Just use common sense and adhere to good business practice. |

AdWords is actually very easy to use provided you simply read (and understand) the TOS before diving in. You could always hire someone who knows what they are doing to get your site/pages setup ![]() They are very unforgiving of mistakes. They expect you to behave professionally. Fail to do so (even unintentionally), and your account will be toast. |

Honestly, if you're new to PPC, start with FB or PoF, but avoid search and content network with AdWords or Microsoft AdCenter. Go with social PPC, run simple offers like dating and gaming sites and you will do ok. Take a look on this thread I posted a few weeks ago, it may help you get started the easy way: [STEP-BY-STEP] Facebook Ads Guide: Here is why you’re not making money! W

| I had 5-7 different landing pages making money with Adwords. Woke up one morning and they were all shut down.
