INCENTIVE CPA OFFER

HELLO WARRIORS:

i want to run a contest to give away an iphone or a laptop for anyone that will submitt their email to my cpa offer.

just offering incentive:

it will be very honest and winner will be picked every 1000 emails submitted.

is this legal..........i figure they would be a great lead to cpa companies if someone is willing to offer their email address for this contest.

It is fine I'm sure so long as the CPA network allow incentive type promotion. Check the terms and conditions of the particular offer you are promoting.

I had this idea a while back and here is what my AM explained to me. In order to run this I had to be completely open with the people submitting their emails.
Here is what he told me :
Getting emails is great but if that is all a user does leads will be scrubbed very soon. In order for leads to convert users must fill out a certain number of surveys and complete a certain number of offers for the people on the back end to break even. If a user does this they will inevitably get the item anyway. Here is where you come in. Your offering an item worth 600-1,000 dollars per 1k submissions. If the submissions dont convert you will only end up making around 300 dollars if your lucky since the advertiser will undoubtedly scrub. You still have to give out the item which is again 600-700 so for every seperate item you lose money. The only way to truly profit from this is if you somehow get the offer to convert after the initial email or zip submit. Good luck though, I know this stopped me from doing it but I hope you succeed

How are you going to track the e-mails if they are submitting to the cpa offer?

Make a copy of the landing page and collect the emails then mail them the offer. No scrubbing ...

Please note that contests, without third party verification of the giveaway can sometimes be targets of attorney, if not local law attorney generals.

Get insurance.
