As the title says, I am totally new to this CPA thing. I was wondering if you could be refer some great CPA networks that will not scam and pay on time. I am looking to publish their offers on my sites and using social media such as facebook and youtube.

For starters try :
PeerFly,Never Blue,and Maxbounty. They all accept that type of traffic and are fairly easy to get accepted into.

Peerfly and Maxbounty are definitely great networks as everyone says

CPAadz, Neverblue, Peerfly, MaxBounty, xRevMedia, RailYardMedia, EWA the list goes on. Hang around here long enough and read some reviews before putting all your investments in one place.
