Hi everyone,
It`s my first post , nice join with warriorforum

.
I just want share my experience use ppv advertsing to promote cpa offers.Few weeks ago i try promote the offer with ppv . I use adonnetwork .The segment offers are free ipad , insurance and paid to survey .Convert on zip and first page submit. Type traffic from US . In 1 days i often get 1k tarffic . Totally in 1 week i got 3k more traffic without conversion and spend $16. My mtehod is direct linking .I am very disappoint with them . Can anyone help me?

Yeah

Either the offer sucks or the traffic. Theres usually nothing else. If you doing insurance, build a microsite and send PROPER PPC traffic (i.e. Adwords, YSM) to it. You will see conversions after 10 clicks if you did it well, NOT 1000

Thats the main difference between PPC and PPV.

Do you have your Geotargeting set up properly? Maybe your getting clicks from countries that dont accept you CPA offer......you can check this by seeing if the clicks recorded by your CPA network matches those of your advertising platform.

Also, try some other creatives or offers, and with PPV, clicks are dirt cheap, so youll get a lower CR, but you could still be profiting....

actually i just get 100 clicks for insurance offer . i see for the other offers , they have good rate conversion but why i dont get conversion? . I think traffic source of Adonnetwork from social marketing . I get 1k more only after few hours for keyword: facebook.com

I can sure that set campaign correctly . The all offer ask trraffic source from US . And i set this. Then i adon i just pay 0.005$ for 1 click . It`s very cheap

okay, well there you go, that'll explain your traffic quality, I mean 50 cents for 100 clicks? You definitely wont be seeing that many conversions with that kind of quality, but like I said, try different creatives or ad copies. Goodluck!

Use facebook for cheap highly targeted PPV campaigns. They convert welll once you know how to use the right metrics.

the PPV neworks deliver your ad in different sizes, i think 800 px 600 px . if you are direct linking and your "click here" button is below the screen (the user has to scroll down to see your button) most of the users will click BACK or exite your ad. in PPV you have like 3 seconds to capture interest and get more convertions

try media traffic or traffic vance for ppv. What about adwords, why arent you tapping into google adwords or microsoft adcenter? They are great sources for PPC traffic......

When you say 1k in traffic and 3k in traffic, you're referring to impressions, not clicks. There's a huge difference between the two.

I would give it a bit more and wait until you have more actual clicks before deciding what to do.

I don`t know too . But , if they are not clicks why my deposit balance reduced. What different between them?

PPV is referring to pay per view which means everytime your ad pops up whether they click or not, you get charged. PPC is only when they click, so it's a little easier in the beginning, but you have started ppv already, so get really good at PPV, then move on from there. You should find a good LP or ad that converts before investing a bunch into a campaign though. Goodluck, though!

clicks:2553
unique clicks: 2129
All with ppv . If they are impression only , then why they show in my account?

If you're direct linking CPV traffic to your offer then the network will show it as clicks.

It's not clicks though it's impressions.

Big/Huge/Gigantic difference.

You're paying for every impression of the offer. The cpa network is showing that as a "click" on YOUR affiliate link.

Know what I mean?

That depends on how well the merchants landing page converts.

Best way to find out is to split test it. Do half your impressions to a landing page and the other have direct link them.

Yes it's more work, but it pays off in the end.

Marketing is all about testing. You're buying data in order to tweak your campaigns until they're profitable.
