Hey guys,

I am currently managing one of my first clients on cj's network. I am creating some banner ads for him. I think we want to go with 3 sizes for now. Are there any sizes you can recommend as far as the most used sizes?
These are not going to be flash.

I am not new to IM but I haven't done a ton of affiliate stuff. So if anyone can recommend any good reads on managing affiliate campaigns i'm certainty open!
