If your site has a privacy statement, it's the perfect place
for a LIFELOCK banner, box or button. Perhaps even a text
link. Reason being that anyone looking at your privacy policy
is likely to be concerned about privacy and would probably
want to protect their identity also. LIFELOCK is one of the
better paying offers, depending upon the network

Hello Harvey - Unfortunately, I do not have the time nor the
inclination to run background checks on all of the companies/
offers that I promote since I promote hundreds of them. The
LIFELOCK offer is available thru one of the highly reputable aff
networks that I use and I shall continue to leave it to them
to determine which companys' offers are suitable since that's
their job. Unless and until my networks discontinue LIFELOCK,
or until I no longer receive compensation for my LIFELOCK
conversions, I'll continue to promote it. If you deem that this
makes me unethical, carry on.

And BTW, here in the U.S. (if that's where these suits were
filed) anyone can sue anyone else about nearly anything and
last time I checked, Americans are considered innocent until
proven guilty.

I agree.. we laugh at the USA and how litigious and 'sue-happy' the country is.. most people are low life scum suckers who just want a free ride and think the court is their ticket.. I agree its a good tip.. maybe not just for LifeLock but for that type of niche.
