Why do cpa companies never pick up the phone?

Hello,
I deal with a few of the major cpa companies and they all have one thing in common, they never pick up the phone.
Also why do I have to keep chasing after my money to get paid?
Anyone else having this major problem?

unless you have a direct contact some networks have extremely bad support

depending how big of a affiliate/publisher you are they will provide you with the direct contact line

I'd define what you mean by "Major"

Many of the CPA networks that are talked about are run out of people's basements.

I know what you mean by the not answering the phone thing. However, if they don't answer the first time, then I usually try in about ten minutes and they will usually answer. Never really had a problem just gotta make sure you're calling within business hours. Of course it also depends which networks you are referring to. As far as getting money, I haven't had any problems in my experience.

Just make sure you're calling during their business hours (Make sure to take into account the time zone differences) and if they don't immediately pick up. Just keep trying every 15 minutes or so. If it's one of the bigger networks then there's probably more to deal with then just your call. I know it sucks but that seems to be the way of the times.

Most networks have only a few Affiliate Managers for hundreds or thousands of affiliates, which makes it difficult to accomodate everyone all of the time. I'm usually swamped with all of my internet screen names (AIM, Skype, MSN, GTalk, ICQ, Yahoo, and Email) -- talking to affiliates live on these messenger services allows me to answer questions for multiple affiliates at the same time which makes it the preferred method of contact. In order to answer the phone I'd have to drop everything else I'm doing. When things occasionally start to die down, like now, I used my time to return phone calls or read this board, or learn about things happening in the industry.

Do they at least call you back?

Ironically the best network i've worked with has never answered the phone for me, however they answer emails and AIM extremely quickly.. irony i guess..

is there a certain network giving you issues?

I got rejected from Maxbounty because they "couldn't contact me" although I called my AM for an entire week, three or four times a day, and she didn't pick up the phone. I just don't understand that !

Did you call them on working hours (of their timezone) ?

I know what Aeronat means.

I submitted an application to Max Bounty about a week ago. The AM sent me an email, telling me he needed to talk to me on the phone in order to approve the account. I have been telephoning the AM, emailing him, even hopped on his AIM account in order to talk to him and he is not responsive. He only contacts me to send a form email after he has tried to ring me, and not even every time he calls, at that. Yesterday, I sent him an email asking if we could schedule a call (because just trying to reach him otherwise hasn't been successful) and proposed a time today. He not only didn't answer me at all, but when I woke up and looked at my phone, I see he tried to call three times way ahead of the suggested call time. I tried to call around and after the time I suggested (when I was available), as well as got on his AIM (which said he was online) and he didn't respond. This is a bit frustrating. I might add, I am located in the US and I am calling/contacting him during business hours. I can understand if he's constantly on the phone. I imagine it is an occupational hazard with CPA network AMs. Still, he could at least return call me, hop on AIM, return email. After a point, unless he's out sick or something along those lines, there isn't any excuse. We'll see what happens. I hope I get to talk to the AM soon. I also hope this isn't indicative of what it will be like trying to get ahold of him with questions later on.

I am currently working with one network and also clickbank products but
i have heard some great things about your network and would love

Pleasewhat exactly is the bets and quickest to join, I am about to lauch

Hi Fontaval. Thanks for the kind words.

Best way to join is completing the application form and then contacting your AM (their info will be supplied to you once you confirm your login email). Since there is a significant time difference between where you live and where we are located, I would try and call your AM around 3 or 4 p.m. your time. Alternately, email or IM the AM and they will call you back to complete the interview. Once that's done, they'll approve your account and you'll be in!
