I live in Singapore and I see ads targeted for Singapore in facebook. Now I'm in holiday in another country and still seeing ads targeted for Singapore ![]() I have also noticed the ads I ran today in facebook shows 81 clicks, but the stats from my cpa networks shows just 51 clicks |

Facebook's geotarget is based on your registration, that's why.

Then it is loss of money for people doing cpa offers that target just few countries. But I read somewhere that they track the ip not the registration. |

As Lance stated its based on the country you registered with, you should always add your own geo-targeting to your landing page to avoid issues caused by this
