Best Tier2 PPC search networks

Im interested in your opinion on tier2 search networks. So no Bing or Adwords, cheaper but good quality traffic. Obviously I know that what you pay is what you get but Im sure im not the only one who is sick of adwords and find MSN overpriced. Thank you.

I'll be first to say 7search then. I have no experience with them (just signed up), but they are raved about by a number on here, and do a 'funding match' of up to $100 if you say you came from the WF when you sign up

I'm using 7search and got one sale worth $300 for an investment as low as 10$. Need to explore the whole place a lot more. ANy more suggestions of 2 tier PPC sites?

i've dumped hundreds into 7search and can't get the traffic to convert properly. I've tried targeting different offers but can't seem to get my finger on the right ads for this 2nd tier low ball traffic.

I've had good conversion results with Miva and support is quite helpful. I'll definitely use them again.
