Call me out guys if this is a dumb question, but can CPA companies run a 3.5 min video as my offer? Thanks in advance?

well, i think yes, the only thing they would need is a method to verify that the video has ended completely.

But i dont see any problem in that.

Have you also considered using cpc or cpm options? they might prove more cost effective.

If your video passes all the agreement and policy terms of the network then there is high probability they will ....
