Default Do you trust your CPA network manager?

I'm probably just being paranoid but...

I'm starting to scale up a pretty good paying cpa program.

This guy knows Im promoting PPC...

he knows how much money its making.... (because he has access to my stats)

And... he knows the offer.

Should I be concerned?

Keyword cloaking gives users the ability to cloak their keywords from advertisers and affiliate networks-so all of your top-performing keywords are a secret. Why risk your Affiliate Manager or the Advertiser finding out your best keywords, copying them for their own campaigns, and putting you out of business? To be successful at Affiliate Marketing you must track your keywords and they must be cloaked. And for that best affordable tool is prosper202

If you don't cloak your keyword the advertiser can see all your keywords and also your traffic source. If they can grab also info then why should they pay you. they can just replicate the campaign and make more money

I consider our AM's as coaches and they're not allowed to run the same campaigns their affiliates are. Their goal is to help you grow your business. If you don't trust your AM I'd look for a new one and get a new one.

While it is true that you should be cautious about keeping your keywords secret, You should be able to trust your AM if it's a reputable network. If AMs were stealing affiliates best campaigns, their afiliates would be unhappy and they would leave the network/complain to other affiliates/post on boards/take their business elsewhere. In the long run, CPA Network success is based on the happiness of their affiliates and these managers would soon be out of a job if their network's image was destroyed. The sad part is, greed can be blinding and some managers/network owners take advantage of their affiliates.

I would recommend getting to know your manager on a more personal level, after all you are business partners and people are less likely to steal from those they know and like.

Well is better not to trust as if you do you are setting yourself up. You do not really know what your aff does and no matter how friendly he is if you don't protect yourself he can easily copy you. There are plenty of stories from "Reputable Networks" Aff managers that have done so. In fact since I always cover myself a Aff manager saw I was doing very well with a campaign and he requested me proof of traffic for no reason and it was just to replicate the same thing after a phone call to his boss he was fired. So better to be safe than sorry. Use Proper 202 is free man.

You should always be concerned in some shape or form. This is your business, you don't want them taking your hard earned money away from you do you? Do you use prosper202 to track? If not then now is a good time to start

It depends on your affiliate manager some don't like having one person having too much revenue so they start acting differently with you.
