CPA networks reapplication and MaxBounty problem

Hey guys, can I know how do I reapply for CPA networks that have already rejected me before? I am new to the IM scene but I have definitely followed guides from the forums and WSO and I have explained how do I plan to promote the CPA offers and also included a mini niche website of mine but yet I was still rejected in some networks.

How do I reapply for the networks again? I tried signing up the forms again but the system notes that my email has already been used before therefore I can't sign up again. This is frustrating because I really need to get in to CPAWay, MaxBounty, Peerfly etc. for some specific offers that I'd like to promote that I have found in Offervault.

Also, anyone knows what's up with MaxBounty? 2 weeks ago I was denied my application and I tried to contact them, the aff manager was Michael Sgaballone (sorry if I mispelled the last name, remembering this from my head) but to no avail. I even added him on AIM and also emailed him personally but does not have any reply at all since. What should I do? I really want to get into the MaxBounty network.

Try calling both maxbounty and peerfly ? i know they have great support and are very friendly networks

just call them up and be honest that does n`t matter whether you have experience or you are a newbie be honest and everything should be fine

Your best bet would be to call Them up. However you have a good offer forms ads4dough, I would take them up on that offer, they are a great network!
