hey, welcome to cpa world. I see you said you know how to promote clickbank product. To be honest there isn't much difference between affiliate marketing or cpa because both need quality Traffic. first thing first..decide what type of traffic you want to run

Paid or Free
what niche you want to go after such as weight lose, biz opp, dating etc etc.

Cpa - you need build a excellent relationship with your AM because him/her will help you out a lot by giving your insider information such as which offer converting, with what type of traffic, LP required or not and even they can tell you what type is LP working right now..Which will kick start your campaign quickly.

You need to first pick a technique and pick a traffic source, from there then research both the technique and traffic source.

Do you know how you plan on getting your traffic? Eg. Ppv, ppc, seo, etc

As Aminur has already stated, if you have experience with clickbank products then you can use similar traffic and promotional strategies to CPA offers, it all depends on what you have done in the past and your experience and budget.

Are you looking to promote via free methods e.g.

Social media
video marketing
email marketing
etc

or are you looking to go paid
PPV
PPC
Media buying???

Just like your clickbank marketing, its all about the traffic. How were you promoting clickbank products? Use that same traffic strategy with CPA offers...the actual monetization end is the easy part. The hard part is driving the traffic.

Hopefully with your CB experience you know how to drive targeted traffic!

It was a very nice suggestion. As far as driving traffic is concercned, I am going to use paid traffic and free traffic. For paid traffic PPC advertising wonderful I believe. I have no idea about PPV and media buys.

For free traffic Facebook works I think. Creating of Fan Pagest etc

Connect with people with the same mindset and focus on the end goal. Know what you are moving towards. Everyone has their own journey...so don't give up when times get tough!

Great posts on the topic and most are very useful. In my experience, if you want your CPA campaigns to payoff, you really need to focus your efforts on picking a niche that you can dominate. This is not always easy. For example, debt and finance is a very crowded space, but the most successful superaffiliates who are raking in huge dollars every day have a simple formula: stick with one thing, and do it extremely well. Stay targeted in your approach, whether that be in PPC, contextual, social, whatever. if you try to do too many things at oonce you will fail miserably.

Look for new niches and new campaigns that there is little or no competition on. For example, at SafetyNetMedia we have a new campaign for cyberbullying, (https://signup.truecare.com) that is virtually untouched from an affiliate perspective. This is an example of a niche (parents of FB using kids) that has not been exploited ike diet or dating has. Since there is little affiliate competition right now it is a good bet that you can get lower PPC costs as well as article distribution. It is a hot topic that gets a lot of press which makes it easy for article marketers to get traction.

This is just one example, there are hundreds out there. The key is to focus your efforts on just one thing and know everything you can about it. That is what our best publishers do and they kill it everyday.

Let me tell you the rule of thumb. When it comes to Adsense or such sites as those, passive traffic works excellent. However, if you are using CPA, passive traffic will ruin you. The main thing you need to focus on is being direct to your target audience - including building a relationship with your suscribers or clients and in effect generating a trust zone between your potential buyers. The best ways to promote CPA offers to generate leads in my opinion are: Offline Marketing, Video Marketing, Forum Marketing, PPC with laser targeted keywords, and most effectively backend through a phone or email list.

You can also try to find an email list is a niche where you know there will be a bunch of people wanted to read your email. Like stated above, everyone tries the credit and debt niche and yes you can find a way to make a good amount in those niches. You could find a targeted email list and find a offer that those certain type of people will love and try that way. To buy a list it will cost you some money but if you could get it down the return will be a lot greater than you can imagine. It worked for me!

There're a lot of method that you can use to make big money from the cpa marketing. There's a lot to learn.You'd better to try something free at first if you don't have much money.PPC is also very great but you may need some money to test the banner and angle,also you need to learn how to create an effective landing page.Hope this helps.

It is pretty much like affiliate marketing. Pick a niche, find the best keywords, build a niche website around it, put the offers on there. Put good quality content on your website. Then start driving traffic to it. You will need targeted traffic so use the right keywords when writing articles or when you use paid traffic methods for example.
