I posted on Max Bounty Fb Page and got reply from them as follows

ahh i had my campaign running too i tried to pause it but seems it will take some time to pause lol so i redirected all my traffic to an other network thanks to tracking 202

This is the major problem with Cpa Marketing

Be patient bro they will be up soon their technical team is working according to their Facebook update so hopefully they will be back on track soon

ha ha ..they are back now. i have paused all the campaigns now anyway.. spent most of my time working on my wso which i was going to release last week but things keep adding LOl...

We were under a brute force attack, which was causing effects similar to a denial of service attacks. We've made changes to our configuration to combat the attack, and believe we have it under control. Our site has been responding normally for about a half an hour.
