Who can tell me youtube search results ranking rules, I found not just rely on the views of the numbers to rank, what is the ohters factors.

Youtube is a great resource to generate traffic!! It's somewhat similar to SEO, but a WHOLE lot easier. Increase your views, your likes, your comments and even the backlinks to your video. This will greatly increase your video ranking higher than ever before. Save time and use Fiverr to get some of these things done for you in a timely manner. There are some great WSOs on youtube optimization if that's what you're into. Hope this helps and good luck! :-)
