Default Why do Networks do this?

Why do CPA Networks change up your affiliate managers? What are some of the reasons?

I've had the same AM for over 5 years...never had a problem or hick-up along the way. This morning I log into my account and see someone else's pic with a different name!

OMG!

I feel abandoned, divorced, thrown to the curb, put into time-out. I swear I'll do Better next time?

Nah...really...what are some of the reasons they do that? I do kind of miss logging in and seeing that dude's face. He was sooooo freakin' cute.

lol, yea I know that feeling (not the cuteness but the familiarity )

Yea it can suck particularly if you have built up a relationship with that individual and have to start afresh again.

I've been fairly lucky but recently one of my solid go to am's was replaced after a good 2 years of running with him, his replacement was replaced this morning after 2 weeks

It can happen for any number of reasons, usually because your AM has left the company for other reasons, just keep doing what you're doing and hopefully you'll warm to your new AM

For the same reason that anyone leaves a job they either moved on, quit, got fired, etc

Or depending on the size of the network - if they are expanding, they might be giving some of their affiliates to new AM's so it's less affiliate per AM..

AM is just a JOB. Your AM may quit, find a better job, laid off or got fired? ... A job is just a job
