Which CPA Network would you recommend me?

I have a client who is asking for CPA traffic recommendation. I have not used lately any CPA stuff. What would you recommend reliable CPA source? Appreciate your help.

Target niche: internet marketing, facebook marketing, social media marketing, facebook apps, passive income, forex investing

Any idea how to get CPA works to approve you? one of my friend tried to register for a few of them but got rejected. Heard from him that the CPA networks didn't actually provide him a reason for the rejection so he was kinda stuck. I am in neverblue and cj, would like to join more but also worry about the rejection from the CPA networks...

Some of you are listing companies that are being sued by the FTC, have a history of compliance issues, have been sued, criminal investigations..etc.. do some research. Just because they pay you, doesn't mean they are good for clients.
