What does Net30 mean on peerfly?

Does that mean that if I make at least $50 today, will i get paid at the end of this month? or at the end of january? (what does previous month mean?)

Yes as you said. You get paid in Jan.

The previous month means last month. If you earn $50.00 in December then your earnings will be sent to you on January 31st.

When you hit 50 dollars you can also try to request a same day or 3 day payout, IF your traffic is good quality.

You are pretty much on with your assessment, it means that you are paid 30 days after your month has ended (assuming you have submitted your W8, meet the min payment threshold and are in good standing, etc)

Net-30 means the network will pay after 30 days after the end of the month. For example, earnings that you earned in October would be sent to you on November 30.

Net-15 means the network will pay after 15 days after the end of the month. For example, earnings that you earned in October would be sent to you on November 15.

What does W8 mean? Also what does it mean to have good traffic? What if I'm doing it offline?

NET 30 terms means:
Payment for the relevant portion of the campaign is due within 30 business days from the end of each calendar month in which the campaign has been run. For example, if you started working with ad network in October you should receive your payment for the October activity in the first business week of December.

I'm working with Fidelity Media and these guys use NET 30...
