Getting a bump on cpa commission

How many conversions on an offer should you have before you can ask for a commission bump and be taken seriously?

You can ask whenever. I've been bumped before I ran an offer.

Just check odigger, offervault, or any affiliate offer site for competing networks and see if you can find higher payouts then either ask for bump to same payout. Or you can just sign up to that network and bump yourself.
