What is this called?

Hello, I've noticed a lot of big programs that use download offers in their programs. You keep click install, next and then these offers come up already checked and ready to download, then finish. How do I go about doing this? Or can somebody tell me if there's a specific name for this? Thanks

I think he means when you download a free or open source software like AVG or something and when installing it will ask do you also want to install yahoo toolbar or google chrome etc.

He wants to know how to go about getting your own program or offer in that space.

I'm not sure how this would work personally, maybe someone else here has experience in this area.

Yes that's what I meant! But I don't want to get my own offer in it. I want to know how they code it in and make it execute.

You'd have to speak with the company that owns the downloads. You should be able to get on there, it would just be a matter of chatting with them.

You`re looking for software to develop your own installer. Search for InstallShield on Google. That`s pretty much the gold standard for software installation on Windows. You can do package offers and a whole bunch of other stuff.
