Long Forgotten Social Media Traffic That Makes Me Money Everyday

I'd like to reveal a high quality social traffic source that almost everybody has forgotten about. This source of traffic has given me ROIs of 100% and more. What's funny is that this social traffic used to be #1 before Facebook came along.

I'm referring to Myspace.

With Facebook and Twitter dominating social media, many people forget that there are still a ton of Myspace users out there. The advertising platform is similar to Facebook in that you can target by gender, age, and interests. Takes about a day to get your ads approved and they only take banner ads.

Most of my profitable campaigns on Facebook were also profitable on Myspace. Of course their traffic is a lot less compared to Facebook but you can always run multiple campaigns to make up for it. And since not many people advertise on Myspace, bids can be had for single digits. Give them a try, you'll be pleasantly surprised by the results.

Ive worked with Myads before, theyre alright, but myspace has immature traffic IMO, which means that your going to have trouble advertising quite a few things, now if you can find out what those things are that can be advertised, maybe, but for me, I spent quite a bit, and learned that most people on myspace, dont want free ipads, or a free insurance quote, at least in my experience, it isnt bad if you know how to use it, but generally I lost quite a bit with them :\ Goodluck to you though, glad your doing well with them, what are you advertising if I may ask?

My problem with myspace is they only accept US advertisers, me being outside the US makes it difficult (not impossible, but difficult)..

Do you find the volume from them getting smaller and smaller day by day? That's what I've heard but obviously I have no way to verify

Free stuff that immature users would love

Yeah seriously, just free stuff. I'm don't have any trouble getting ads approved since I don't try to advertise anything that would border on inappropriate.

I agree, I've also never found anything profitable on MySpace. However there are some that have mastered the source, but I've personally never had much success there.

I haven't advertised long enough with them to have concrete data that the volume is declining. It's been pretty steady so far. If anything it's going up a little bit. In fact, they just announced that around this time next year they are switching over to a new advertising platform that will give advertisers a big increase in visibility. Good post, most people forget that there are million still out there that you can advertise with. Don't just stick with the crowd. think outside the box.

What types of people are still on MySpace? What do they buy? Is this a bit like AOL where the people on it are really old or out of date, or is it better than that?

While we're on 'long forgotten stuff', what are some Myspace-like things that aren't Myspace? I live three blocks from the Novell building... yeah...

OP - Are you doing email submit/zip submit? And do you point the ad to a landing page or directly to your aff link?
