Not making enough money with CPA. I need some suggestions

ok I've passed out 100 flyers around the college and only had 2 conversions . I made only $4.45. How can I increase my conversions. I can't pass out flyers inside the college, I can only pass out on the sidewalk across from college. At this rate I would be spending more than I would earn.

I've tried using fiverr. I paid two guys to post 50 flyers in their respective colleges. The flyers had QR codes on them so it should spark the students' interest. Unfortunately, I've had very few clicks, but no conversions.

I want to pass out some more flyers but I don't know where. I can't pass them out at store parking lots and malls because it's trespassing. It takes a while to get a permit and chances are, I won't get it.

Also how can I increase my conversion rate. Also please recommend any good gigs on fiverr that would work well with flyers. Thanks a lot

The best flyers are the most simple ones. It really depends on what offer you're promoting. If you're promoting a non educational offer to them then it could result in low conversions. My opinion, set up an educational offer on a flyer then go to the main library and lay them near each computer. Considering your linking the page on the flyer there a high chance that's the first thing they'll go to on the computer.

That's a good idea. Is it legal though?
