What do you mean by CPA? I don't know much about this because I'm new. Could you kindly let me know what it is about? But I know CPM and CPC.

Set up a free blog and start some basic SEO to get you ranked on a bunch of long tail keywords that you can go and do some research for.

Hey there, there are two methods of promoting CPA offers; one is paid and another one is free. Paid methods include PPC ad (facebook), Google ad, etc and free methods include article marketing, social media, blogging etc. Browse this forum to get more help

CPA is cost per action, where you get paid for leads (check MaxBounty - Highest Paying CPA Campaigns for more).

In some cases techniques does wonders

There are still plenty of free methods that will still earn you a solid income, albeit they may take slightly longer to profit than paid traffic but they are a great way to learn the basics and fundamentals of the industry.

Have a look into

Video marketing
SEO
Social media - FB Twitter etc
Email Marketing
JV's
Offline marketing (can still be done on the cheap)

Actually there're really some free methods out there,if you're thinking about some techniques I don't see some new techniques right now.Just something as usual.SEO,Social networks,Email marketing etc.Many people are making money by using these methods,but you need to work hard to make them work well.I think most people are promoting CPA offers by using ppc,ppv,,, .

SEO is still one of the best techniques for CPA. There is the issue of being at the mercy of a search engine for traffic though.

The best free method I recommend is SEO...but it takes some time. PPV and PPC are pretty much hit or miss. In fact, I still have not been able to consistently create successful PPC or PPV campaigns.

PPC, PPV gives you results quickly.
