Can it make you a lot of money? I'm planning to use fiverr to find someone who has a big targeted list and then they can email my cpa offer to the list.

Anyone has any tips to go about doing this? Thanks

Definitely, set up a landing page. Target your traffic. Receive opt in emails. You'll be able to resend them offers in that niche, time and time again.

I don't think fiverr is right place do like that. People in fiverr would have spammed those list by sending many mails.
You can try JV section in this forum and 99.9% of list owners doesn't allow to promote your CPA offers instead build one squeeze page and promote that squeeze page to that list and you will get nice results.

Exactly. Those are spamming lists and I doubt you will see any conversions. In fact, you will be risking your account with the CPA network.

Just use your own lists or buy solo ads from someone you know.

You also need to make sure any offer you promote allows email traffic. Many offers don't allow it because of spamming and low conversions. Of course this is not to say you can't have a successful CPA email campaign but just make sure you take caution.
