How do I create a really good promo email for a CPA offer

I'm having a hard time finding someone on fiverr who can do this.

What's the best length for a promo email.

Let them know what the product exactly is but also show them how they can use it to their advantage if they purchase it.

do you mean how to get good email ad copy written from fiverr. well in that case i would spy on other marketers. You can do that by following different blogs where they collect users email for free stuff and do email marketing

Take a look on what other marketers are using...

But, IMO, the best is to create an email with useful information and then promote the offer as part of what you're teaching. Make sure that people learn something from your email even if they don't click on the links. This way, your subscribers will trust you and will be more likely to buy what you're promoting.

Try short and to the point with some sort of an emotional benefit.
