I was looking to promote a cpa offer via banner ad on an adult website.

The creatives these networks supply you are kinda dull an I wanted to make my own. My question is how do I go about making my own creative banner ad?

Where can I find images to use for adult banners?

I couldn't find any information online about the material and which you can use for this..

How about open a A porn movie and get a screenshot,then make some changes using the PS.

You can use photoshop but if you are not familiar with this then you can head over to fiverr, there you can get some high quality service for just $5.

No one is policing so who is going to get you in trouble? Maybe its not doing it "by the books", but thats what everyone does. Never heard of anyone getting in trouble. Just the reality of what people do. If you want to be 100% safe about it maybe just buy images from image shack or something.

And if you plan on advertising on the biggest tube sites out there you are placing your ads on websites with TONS of stolen content on them.

Any good websites that let you choose what site you put ads up on?
I have randomly seen these type of websites but I cant seem to find them...

It's like they have a big list of websites and you can just pick a page that you like and pay a set rate for the ad, fOr a certain period of time.
And what are these type of sites called?
