Am I allowed to outsource someone on fiverr etc for them to promote my CPA offer on their fb, twitter or blog? I know this is a basic question, so a simple answer would be sufficient. Thanks.

If you ask them to just promote the offer, then it's acceptable, but if you ask them to COMPLETE the offer, this is forbidden. You can use some kind of incentive to promote incent offer, but asking them directly to fill it out isn't allowed.

yes you can outsource your advertising to any 1 but make sure the offer allows social media traffic if it's going to be advertised on facebook
