I've been working with Maxbounty and promoting offers using PPC. I notice that offers that I'm not promoting is receiving clicks. Is this because non US visitors are clicking on my offer? I have not seen this happen with any other network. Thanks |

I have seen instances where perhaps an offer you are promoting was stopped and the network will then substitute a different offer in its place. Check and make sure the offers you put up are still the same ones you planned on using. If for some reason this is caused by non-US clicks or your offer is US only, then you need to adjust your PPC campaign to allow only US traffic to view your ad. |

it happens sometimes. Depends on your traffic source as well. On facebook you may clicks from different country which leads the visitors to no where but it will cost you money |

| It could be traffic from outside the offers reach, are you using geotargetting with your ppc company to weed out the contries you don't want?

This is due to IP filtering, your traffic must be coming from not allowed countries. Some networks don't care to show you what offer or LP your traffic in fact lands on and only show you clicks for the offer you are in fact promoting, regardless of where the traffic virtually lands. Then there are other networks like Maxbounty that show you exactly what offers are being shown to your traffic.

Could definitely be the result of an international redirect or a cancelled offer (as the PPs mentioned). Rather than have your traffic go to a dead page or to an offer they can't sign up for, we redirect to another offer so that you have a chance to monetize their click. Your AM can help to sort out the specifics (or I can, hit me up on AIM or Skype and I'll take a look at your account). |
