Hi,

First of all ,you need to sign up to a CPA network that have Email/Zip submit offers.

What i am doing to promote gift cards is ;

Generating traffic via PPC(Bing or 7Search) to my landing page and presell the offer.

Also you may direct link to offer but you can not use direct linking in Bing or Adwords.

This is what i do..

1. Create a very simple landing page (just 1 page)
2. Fill the landing page with coupon codes and banners of the gift card offer
3. Send traffic to the landing page using Microsoft Adcenter

Bing user is more non high-tech people than Google, older people who haven't bombarded with ads, so they are more willing to fill the CPA offer.

Can any one recommend any link I can study on the PPV?

Yes, I just joined two CPA networks which have these Email/Zip offers.

My landing page - do you mean a page which i created in my own domain to capture users' email and other information?

I am using landing page for both capturing emails and preselling the offer with some content and adding the affliate link at least 2 different places of my landing page.

If you want to capture emails than i highly recommend you to give them a freebie(ebooks,coupon codes) .

If you dont have a landing page for your offer try to create one.Its easy.If you do not have html knowledge try to learn WordPress.

By the way check your signature.Its not working.

PPC/PPV - there's always the 'easy' approach, if it's for walmart, then target walmart keywords/targets

For this kind of product, as others have said, is to build a good landing page. My landing pages convert very high at around 5-10% because of the pre-qualified traffic. Look into it.

Hey,

a great method to promote gift cards is via Youtube. You just need to make enticing titles of videos to attract attention of the people hanging around on Youtube, make a nice thumbnail that is really interesting and provide at least some kind of value with your videos. You don't want your videos to look like a pure commercial.

Then make them, in an intelligent way, click the link in the description box. For example, include in the video something along the lines "if you don't want to find out how to get a free iPad yet today, then don't click the link in the video" - just an example.

You can use Animoto to create hundreds of videos and blast them to Youtube. A great thing about promoting gift cards is, you don't need your traffic to be in the so-called "buying mode" - which Youtube traffic isn't.

I know how to do in HTML and Wordpress. Any plugins u would recommend if doing it in Wordpress?

My signature was done last year when it was free. But now I cannot modify it. How much it costs to do a new one?

In my opinion, if u want to create 1-page simple lander ,using wordpress theme is not the best way to go .Designing a simple html makes page load faster which may increase your conversions and decrease bouncing rate.
