How fast does Adwords approve ads?

To all those who regularly use Adwords, how fast do your ads get approved? Also, what does the ad status "eligible" mean?

For me in Singapore, it just 1-3 hours (Google Display Network)

And it's faster if you use Google's Ads Builder when creating the ads (around 1 hour in Office Time)

Eligible mean that your ads can be run on Google network. You just need to wait the ads approved by Google staff. After that, traffic will come.

I've had an hour, 3 hours, one time it took about a day. I've never had to wait longer than 24 hours but that was only once. Usually, about an hour or two I think. But, that was awhile ago I haven't used google in ages.

Here in Canada..i got approved within an hour. But depending on what your promoting, your account could get banned within 24hrs.

You should definitely be approved by now. "Eligible" is just referring to the fact that your ad is eligibe to be displayed (meets their TOS).

Usually within 3-5 hours for me
