Inique Clicks Vs Clicks..Why?

So Im doing a flyer method and I had a friend pass them out in her city and Im passing mine out in my city.

So far she has had double the amount of NON-unique clicks. Mine are all 100% unique.

Its a CPA offer and you need to go through the approval process to get paid on the CPA ( its a financial offer).

Any ideas why she is getting double the NON unique?

I cant remember how it works whether or not you get paid. If they see you have that many non-iniques do they terminate you or ??
