Just my opinion... how about sending this traffic to freebies squeeze page first? instead send it directly to the CPA offers. Build the list and after that promote CPA offers to this list in the future.

Well looks good but dont you think that people will not get into your list because they even didn't completed a small step to get a BIG REWARD !!

well, once i bought a guide in which adfly traffic was the secret source of cheap way to get a lot opt-in. at that moment i didn't had squeeze page, but i thought, that if it converts well with squeeze page, it should convert with CPA and maybe even with some not free products. so i tried cpa and one sell page (i was affiliate). i purchased about 10k views. and also had 0 convertions. i was a little bit disappointed, becouse i know some people who use such traffic for squeeze pages and it works. so i think you just need to find cpa offer which converts or try squeeze page. i know that i will definitely will try it for squeeze page, one day
