Many webmasters are building mailing lists.I'm using (and own)ad exchanges to send out solos email ads.It's great for spam free email marketing.

if you want to build a list then promote you can use paid traffic, ezine and other solo ads. There are companies where you can pay for email blast. Cpa or clickbank. it don't matter

You should first do your research on email marketing strategies and list building as such. There's a ton of useful information on the topic in the War Room. And there are tons of free information out there. Just start educating yourself and if you don't understand something, you can post your more specific questions here.

If you are serious about list building, you should get yourself a good auto-responder. I can recommend AWeber, which is the only auto-responder I have used, but I can tell you their support staff is really helpful and fast in responding. There's a $1 trial for the first month, so you can try them for just one buck for the first 30 days and then you can decide whether or not you want to continue with them.

There's also a free auto-responder, MailChimp. I've heard it's a good one, but probably not as good as AWeber. Yet it's free, so you may want to start with that.

And GetResponse is another good one.
