Multiple Networks

Hey guys, I'm new here but I have a few quick questions if you guys would be ever so kind to answer them.

I want to set-up a website with 1 widget type thing to display links to offers, but can I allow 2 networks, or even more to 'feed' offers to the widget?

Would I need to make my own widget or is that created by the affiliate network?

Is it up to me to determine where the user is from, and to display related offers for that country or is that done automatically?

No doubt the answers to these questions will trigger more questions, but I hope you guys don't mind.

you want it for wordpress platform or something else?

I want it for just a website, not on Wordpress. Sorry for not stating that in the original post.
