Default Using CPA to promote your offer

Hi all.

Just had a little *Light Bulb moment.

Why are there no threads about people actually setting up a CPA offer themselves?

What I mean is, why are we not creating an offer where we will pay for a sale.

I mean there are so many IM websites, im sure there are a large amount who would be willing to promote it for 50% or even 75% of the sale.

It is the same as an affiliate offer, but you have a ready made list of affiliates willing to promote for you!

Is this something CPA networks do not offer - hence the lack of posts regarding this?

Getting started setting up your own CPA offers isn't as simple as it sounds.

.................................................. ...............

First off, do you have a business plan? I am guessing not which is a guarantee of disaster.

If you do and that plan fails do you have a contingency plan?

Have you done any strategic planning?

Do you have professional legal representation?

Do you have access to a large amount of finance? This is necessary for multiple reasons. For example;

Most networks before they will even consider allowing some nobody to place an offer on their network will require an upfront payment to act as an insurance policy to insure that affiliates get paid as well as protect themselves.

This can go well into the thousands of dollars.

In addition to that you will need access to additional funding so you can split test your landing page.

.................................................. ....

What type of offer is this going to be? Pay Per Lead etc. ?

Assuming you are setting up an offer for digital product, have you done the proper market research? Do you know who your target demographic is?

Have you got the proper infrastructure and backup infrastructure in place?

Are you employing the services of a professional ad copy writer (If applicable)

The list goes on......

.................................................. ........

In other words, it is not as simple as just uploading a landing a page to a web-server and having people send traffic.
