PPC,PPV

Hello,

I have just created a giftcards related affiliate site (OfferSlash.com- Free Gift Cards For your Help!).

I want to know... which one is better advertising platform for this website PPC / PPV? Or any other?

Any suggestions/recommendations are very welcome!

Pick up any one traffic source and start testing that with different ad copies and etc.. and find out the one which does well and scale it up.

I think for this website, you can use PPC Microsoft Adcenter.

Adwords will not approved it, so you might use Adcenter PPC.

Bing or AdWords will not like that website. You need some actual content on par with a site you would build for SEO purposes.

It might do ok with PPV, but I think your lander needs to be a bit more compelling. Even just some text explaining what the site is about and what to do ("Welcome to OfferSlash! We bring you the latest gift card offers..blah blah) would work wonders.

Personally I'd recommend build the site out optimized for SEO first, from there see which keywords are giving you traffic (at the same time you will be optimizing your site to get a good quality score for ppc traffic).. then after this run some ppc traffic and see what works, then use that information to try to also break into the ppv market..
