Can anyone tell me who to promote cpa offer of UK only ? Good ppc,ppv or other source for the same ,

All those traffic sources doesn't have any boundaries. They will provide traffic from all countries.
Make sure that you have selected correct country. So if you want just UK traffic then select UK alone.

just target uk, if your using facebook ppc for example just set your target contry to uk....

Yea, as Naveen & choother have said, lots of ppv/ppc networks have uk traffic, just select the target country (uk for you) you will be fine. Some good networks i recommend are: TrafficVance & LeadImpact (PPV), Bing adcenter & Google adwords (PPC).
