Hi everyone,

I'd love to know your advice on marketing social media services, mainly Facebook FanPages, through Facebook Ads. I create bespoke Facebook PanPages 'Connect' and would love to promote them through Facebook itself. But they don't really allow ads featuring their own Facebook. Any ideas on how to get around it? And what words should I choose in the ad?

As I also design Twitter banckgrounds and stuff like that, what other advertising options are there for me? If I were to use 'social media' in google adwords, it would be very expensive per click. Any advice would be very welcome, thank you! Ivana

Using FB ads to send traffic to FB pages is the best way by far to do it imho.

FB is a hangout and people don't like leaving their hangout.

Since you can't use the word Facebook, just describe the benefits. If people are interested in something like what you have to offer, they'll know you're talking about fb without having to actually see the word Facebook.

For example, if you had an add that said "get more likes" I know you're talking about a fan page even though you didn't mention fb.

I would do facebook ppc... And promote to a fanpage then directs to your service. You can't go hard and just promote because remember facebook It's a place to socialize. That's how I make my money and that's the way I teach my students.
