A keyword with more than 337,000 researchs monthly on 7search without any bidders

hello friends ,
i concider my self probably new to cpa marketing but lately i am reading and educating my self a lot in the subject and i am planing to start testing some offers and campaigns .

when making a simple keyword research on 7search i found a keywords with more 337,000 research monthly (statistics of last december ) , without any bidder i mean not even 0.01 like i used see most time for other keywords .

i tried to find the appropriate offers to promote but since i am signed only for 3 networks so far ( cpalead, vancead, and adscendmedia ) i didnt find any related offer and i dont know what i have to do to profit from this opportunity .

any suggestions will be very appreciated

the problem is that i dont have account with these networks !! i applied but not been approved

The min. cpc is 1 cent in 7search and there are plenty of keywords where you can get 1 cent clicks still with easy so don't limit yourself.
With that one keyword it can't guaranty you that it will be profitable or not even if you choose one product related to that keyword.
IMO it is just waste of time running behind one keyword just because it doesn't have any advertisers.

You might wanna check out affpaying.com

After you submit your application to some top-notch networks you've chosen from affpaying, you're gonna want to CALL THEM UP IMMEDIATELY. Tell them that you wanted to know about application and if it's possible a fast review of it.

They'd take you very seriously and your chances to get in get increased dramatically.

Explain them how are you going to promote their offers and try to be as HONEST as you can with them. That's extremely important.

if that keyword is something like cf+keyword then I think its fake traffic
I have a lot of experience in 7search but these type of keywords always send fake traffic....

actionaly it's not , but i am saving a lot of these keywords preceding by cf for future campaigns !! do you think they are useless? why ?
