IMO, the best you can do is sign up for a few good CPA networks and contact your affiliate managers to ask for suggestions. They will analyze the demographics of your site and will certainly help you find offers that fit your audience.

Hire a copywriter to write a kick ass white sheet... get them onto a list... then have the copywriter write a kick ass 2-3 month email follow up series with some promotions thrown in on auto pilot.... Passive cash

I agree with William. Just sign up for some reputable cpa networks like Convert2media, Ads4dough, EWANetwork and CPATrend etc, try to get approved, and you can find out a lot of good health/fitness related cpa offers to promote. Be sure to ask your AM's at networks for top converting offers list in your niche.
